Roles and Responsibilities:

• Having adequate work experience in compliance of legal requirements and controls in various statutes under Industrial, Labour and Environmental laws with excellent communication skills.
• Assisting the legal department to communicate the associated statutory requirements with every applicable Industrial, Labour and Environmental regulatory and legal compliance.
• Getting updates on every applicable Industrial, Labour and Environmental based regulatory and legislative changes and/or modifications and ensuring that developments in rules and policies are restructured and commensurate to industry practices, articles, policies, and systems.
• Researching the changes in rules and regulations, analysing their effect on the company and accordingly prepare/ draft procedures, processes, and policies to facilitate a better compliance stance in the company.
• Responsible for the preparation and delivery of compliance-based communications and training to employees as and when required
  Desired Candidate skills
• Excellent English and good drafting skills.
• Proficiency in Computer Knowledge - MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
• Must be high in integrity, professional ethics, teamwork skills

• Experience : 2 - 3 years of complying various Labour/Industrial and Environmental laws

• Qualification: Possess a degree-in-Law from a recognized University in India. Semi-qualified ICSI Course may be preferred.
