Having adequate work experience in compliance of legal requirements and controls in various statutes under Industrial, Labour and Environmental laws with excellent communication skills.
Assisting the legal department to communicate the associated statutory requirements with every applicable Industrial, Labour and Environmental regulatory and legal compliance.
Getting updates on every applicable Industrial, Labour and Environmental based regulatory and legislative changes and/or modifications and ensuring that developments in rules and policies are restructured and commensurate to industry practices, articles, policies, and systems.
Researching the changes in rules and regulations, analysing their effect on the company and accordingly prepare/ draft procedures, processes, and policies to facilitate a better compliance stance in the company.
Responsible for the preparation and delivery of compliance-based communications and training to employees as and when required Desired Candidate skills
Excellent English and good drafting skills.
Proficiency in Computer Knowledge - MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
Must be high in integrity, professional ethics, teamwork skills
Experience : 2 - 3 years of complying various Labour/Industrial and Environmental laws
Qualification: Possess a degree-in-Law from a recognized University in India. Semi-qualified ICSI Course may be preferred.
