Job Description : Health Counsellor Job Profile: Sales Counsellor/Clinic Counsellor Location: Bangalore (Various locations)
Working Days: 6 days a week (WFO)
Experience Required: 4-6 months in sales or a relevant profile
Language Requirements: English, Hindi (Kannada/Telugu)
Job Role: As a Sales Counsellor at Sugarfit, you will empower individuals to manage their health by targeting diabetes and lifestyle-related conditions. You will source new sales opportunities and provide personalized health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through company-provided leads via calls and emails.
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries. • Close sales and meet monthly/weekly targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and manage office operations.
• Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout. Requirements: • Strong listening and presentation skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and timings.
• Immediate joiner preferred. Timings: 9 hours shift | 6 days working with rotational week off (Monday/Tuesday) Perks & Benefits:
