Role Overview:

- As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and retention.

- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

- Additionally, you will contribute to product marketing efforts to drive retention, upsell and cross-sell.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audience segments.

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify optimal campaign strategies and messaging.

- Segment customers based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver personalized campaigns.

- Develop targeted messaging and offers to drive customer engagement and conversion

- Create engaging content for WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns that resonate with customers.

- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

- Administer and optimize the CRM platform to support campaign execution and data analysis.

Product Marketing:

- Create data backed user journeys on the app to drive specific outcomes like engagement and revenue.

- Create compelling product messaging and positioning to target specific customer segments.

- Support product marketing initiatives through content creation.

- Analyze campaign data to measure ROI and identify trends.

- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the team.

- Use data to inform future campaign strategies and optimize customer experiences.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in CRM or product marketing roles.

- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and best practices.

- Data obsessed, proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for customer engagement.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
