As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the marketing strategy and execution for our products, driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
This role acts as a bridge between our customers and product development teams, ensuring that our products are aligned with customer needs and effectively positioned in the market.
You'll lead efforts in product positioning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen our presence in the B2B and B2B2C segments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to position products effectively in B2B and B2B2C markets, emphasizing unique selling points.
- Create compelling messaging and communication materials that highlight the product's value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and refine marketing strategies.
- Develop high-quality content such as product collateral, website content, and sales presentations to enhance brand awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to align product goals with business objectives.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and product performance.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience and Expertise:
- 4-5 years of experience in a product marketing role, with expertise in the B2B2C segment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
Technical and Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as CleverTap, HubSpot, and LeadSquared.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and market research data.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Proven aptitude for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
