Job Description

As Front Office Associate you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!


Key Responsibilities of the Front Office Associate:
    • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
    • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
    • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
    • Handle guest complaints or issues and ensure swift resolution while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
    • Manage guest reservations via phone, email, or online booking systems.
    • Assign rooms to guests based on their preferences and availability.
    • Confirm reservations and ensure all information is accurate in the system.
    • aintain accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and special requests.
    • Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash transactions.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in.
    • Perform data entry tasks and update booking systems as necessary.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for internal departments regarding guest needs and requests.
    • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Relay messages and ensure that important information is passed on to relevant team members.
    • Process check-out and billing transactions, ensuring accuracy.
    • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and generate receipts.
    • Manage deposits, refunds, and adjustments as necessary.
    • Ensure guests safety and security by adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
    • Monitor guest entry and exit, and ensure proper verification and identification.
    • Assist with emergency procedures if necessary.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
    • Stay informed about the hotel s services, promotions, and events to provide guests with up-to-date information.
    • Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the front office manager.
