Job Description
Gender:Only Female.
Age Limit:20-29.
Location:Kolkata (Barsana Clubs & Resorts Pvt.
Ltd.).
Experience Required:2 years.
Salary:10k to 16k.
Duty Hours:10 AM to 7 PM.
Working Days:Mon-Sat.
Education:Graduate in any stream.
Duties & Responsibilities.
Will be responsible for handling Front Desk.
Daily calls to the members.
Responsible for admin related works.
Handling petty cash & doing billing in software.
In-house client handling, queries, issues and solving problems accordingly.
Forwarding client-based requests to seniors and getting them solved ASAP.
Maintaining software issues and resolving them ASAP with proper communication.
Handling events of the club, bringing new ideas for the club, creating a healthy atmosphere.
Servicing to the client Top Priority.
Inbound client service Top Priority.
Doing regular check-ins, cash submission reports, handling and forwarding client enquiries, PR with clients, maintaining a dress code.
Making kits for the client and handling the same.
Skills.
MS Office, Excel, Basic knowledge of Computer.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali.
