Job Description
Job Title:Front Desk Assistant.
Location:Jaipur.

Roles & Responsibilities:.
Overseeing day-to-day operations including check-ins/check-outs, addressing guests' queries, maintaining guest records, housekeeping coordination, etc.Handle guest interactions in person as well as through email correspondence. Manage staff interactions and coordination with housekeeping staff and external vendors. Ensure quality control and maintenance of hostel facilities. Manage back-office systems and processes to maintain smooth operations. Adhere to financial and accounting standards, including maintaining daily accounts. Stay informed about the activities and events happening within the hostel and around the city to offer recommendations to guests. Ensure guests have an enjoyable stay, converting their satisfaction into great reviews. Execute all tasks as required and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications:.
Preferred Experience:At least 1 year in the service industry is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive, self-starter, and willing to take initiative and risks. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Strong team management and interpersonal skills. Educational background in Hospitality or Hotel Management (Mandatory). Additional Information:(For Jaipur location).
