- Ensuring general cleanliness of reception & maintaining the same with the help of the housekeeping team.
- Handling board line calls (Answering and forwarding the calls accordingly).
- Welcomes visitors, enquiring the purpose and the person whom they want to meet. 4) Escort VIP visitors to respective authorities on time & take care of the Hospitality.
- Stationary arrangements for the client meetings.
- Providing other supports in related to the securities pertaining front desk - Material inwards/Outwards.
- Maintaining the stock reports of the receiving and issuance of courier/mailers.
- Providing Indent to Admin on monthly basis
