Job Description
- Planning day to day activities and monitoring the progress as per the schedule.
- Reporting the progress to management.
- Task, Planning and executing the project as per schedule.
- Conducting fortnightly meetings with contractors.
- Activities monitoring progress of work and controlling quality and safety at the site.
- Coordinating with DM dept. For drawing and clarification.
- Knowledge in resource planning.
- Able to mobilize the required resources (manpower. Etc.,)
- Management Information system report preparation.
- Capable of quickly studying civil and MEP drawings
- Be able to read the drawings very quickly and raise the RFI on an immediate basis.
Skills Required:
- BE / BTech in civil engineering with 10-15years in residential development.
- Should have a minimum of 2years of stability in earlier companies.
- Should have work experience in plotted developments for a minimum of 2years.
- Should have good knowledge of Auto Cad, MS Office.
- Should have basic knowledge of MS Project, SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Micro level planning.
- Understanding the drawings and able to raise the RFI
- Risk analysis.
- Achieving the targets progress.
- Strong technical knowledge in high rise monolithic residential structures.
