Job Description
- Preparation of accounting filings and documents for compliances.
- Payments to various creditors as per situation with the consultation with superiors
- Analysing and verifying contractors bills and contracts to ascertain accuracy of invoicing.
- Supervising records of daily transactions thereby ensuring the maintenance of daily receipts and payment transactions.
- Preparing GST Credit working on monthly basis after calculation for GST receivable and payable from different type of customers / Vendors thoroughly and assisting in filing of returns through portal on a monthly basis.
- Checking and verifying all vouchers of purchase, sales, receipts, payment and Journal entries for Internal audit till finalization and submission of relevant taxes.
- Responsible E-Payment of TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT and other applicable statutory payments
- Reconciliation of creditors ledgers and coordinating with them for any corrections required.
- Verification RA bills thoroughly and check them with work order copies before releasing payments to contractors.
- Reconciliation of flat advances ledgers with MIS data.
- Responsible for making TDS payments on flat advance receipts as per section 194IA of the Income Tax Act.
- Knowledge on Tally and Mail writing.
- Experience in accounts knowledge
