Job Description

1. Clean and prepare guest rooms according to the hotel s standards. - Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels and amenities. - Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and floors. - Ensure bathrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with toiletries.

2. Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and coffee/tea items. - Restock minibars (if applicable).

3. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Maintenance Department. - Check and report any lost or found items.

4. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, inquiries, or complaints. - Maintain a polite, professional demeanor while interacting with guests.

5. Follow health and safety guidelines, including handling cleaning chemicals safely. - Adhere to hotel policies regarding hygiene and sanitation standards.

6. Assist with laundry and linen management as required. - Participate in team meetings and training sessions. - Perform any additional housekeeping-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
