Director - Retail Operations (8-10 yrs)

- Sales Team Leadership - Oversee and guide the sales team across multiple cities to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

- Establish clear sales KPIs and monitor performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

- Store Infrastructure & Maintenance - Manage the store infrastructure team to ensure timely maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

- Drive initiatives to improve store layouts and ensure optimal functionality of all facilities.

- Visual Merchandising - Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and effective in-store promotions.

- Training & Development - Oversee the training team to ensure employees are well-trained in customer service, product knowledge, and store operations.

- Develop programs to upskill staff and maintain a motivated and high-performing team.

- Retail Operations Management - Ensure all stores operate efficiently and profitably, adhering to company standards and policies.

- Regularly analyze store performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

- Act as a key liaison between store teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

- What We Are Looking For - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

- An MBA is preferred.

- 8-10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and multi-city teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
