Performance Marketing Manager
- We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive growth, and enhance engagement.
- This role requires developing and executing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
- You will be responsible for managing budgets, optimizing traffic metrics, and identifying new opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the management team to share insights, refine strategies, and achieve measurable results.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to maximize ROI.
- Plan and execute digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Manage budgets and digital campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure efficient CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and strong performance.
- Optimize key traffic KPIs across paid, organic, and owned media channels.
- Continuously identify and test new marketing channels to enhance performance and meet business objectives.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other data-driven insights.
- Leverage consumer behavior trends to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the management team to present funnel conversion improvements, feedback, and campaign results.
- Oversee lead nurturing campaigns to enhance engagement and retention.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across CRM platforms such as Leadsquared, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Required:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in multi-channel marketing, including PPC, SEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and digital channels.
- Proven expertise in campaign and channel analysis, reporting, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Experience managing a minimum of 10 lakh marketing budget per month.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools.
- Experience working on lead nurturing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies.
Preferred:
- Google Ads certification.
- Prior experience working in the sports and fitness industry.
- Experience managing event and print marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of remarketing strategies and customer retention techniques.
- Expertise with CRM tools such as Leadsquared, HubSpot, or Salesforce
