Job Description
Director - Pre Sales and Solution Architect - IT Infrastructure Services
Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients to discuss, gather information specific to the end user support / messaging and Collaboration opportunities.
- Present Service offerings to customers.
- Develop Solutions for Service desk, Deskside, Messaging and Collaboration Services Opportunities as per customer requirements.
- Own end to end Solution response.
- Lead Solution review with internal stakeholders
- Prepare Solution defence decks.
- Present Solution / Proposal to customers
Technical Depth/Breadth
- A strong background of Service Desk, Deskside services, Messaging and Collaboration Deployment, development & managed services
- Experience in the design and implementation of Messaging and Collaboration solution deployment would be beneficial.
- ITIL awareness
- Understanding of market trends
Key Skills and Capabilities
- An excellent communicator with the ability to have CXO level conversations.
- Experience in creating Service Desk, Deskside services, Messaging and Collaboration solutions as per customer requirements / RFPs
- Strong capabilities in solution writing
- Working with partners to request/secure quotes for bids.
- Drive the internal and external stake holders to meet the timelines as per the RFP/RFI bid plan.
- Industry trends and benchmark awareness will be good to have.
