Location Preferably Bengaluru or Mumbai. We currently envisage the role to be WFH.
In this role you will be servicing a global clientele by providing transformation services & managed services across the following business verticals:
1. Revenue operations (Addressing revenue maximization & customer retention challenges)
2. Financial crime & fraud prevention (Optimizing risk & accelerating efficiencies in financial crime compliance)
3. Sustainability (Enhancing competencies towards ESG reporting)
4. Finance & risk management (Reducing cost & improving control framework)
Qualifications & skills
Undergraduate degree or master s degree with 2-10 years of consulting / industry experience across operational risk management
Experience of handling / leading / being a team member in end-to-end compliance review / risk / assurance reviews/ engagements.
Experienced in process mapping, process walkthroughs, test of design & operating effectiveness, creating findings memos & updating GRC tools.
Experience in FS sector and SOX testing exposure will be prioritised
The candidate must be conversant with Business Optix / Exposed to Airtable / MS Teams etc.
Indicative years of experience between 2-12 years
Flexible to work in UK time zone between a slot of 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (for 10 hours between this slot). Do observe that the engagement would not be shift driven & may involve occasional extra hours basis project needs
Committed start in Jan 2025, we would initiate on-boarding process around mid-December.
You will:
Work with diverse teams to come up with the most optimal solutions to client issues
Support project leads / coaches in executing various transformation driven consulting engagements
Build & establish trust with your clients & business partners to better serve their organizations
Obtain experience in process improvement analysis, business process re-engineering, and delivery/ implementation of large technology solutions.
Conduct required project specific research, data analysis, templates & reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members
Assist in proposal development and business development initiatives
Actively support in ongoing research & contributing to thought leadership
Be encouraged to explore different competency areas to discover your personal strengths / interest areas.
Be provided a variety of formal and informal training programs to help you acquire and build specialized skills faster.
