- drive GB projects and mentor GB team members for execution and completion of project
- forecast benefits of GB projects in terms of HDS/SDS/CSAT, track the same thought the execution of project as well as post that and present the benefits as part of Control phase and closure of the project

- conceptualize on new processes as per business requirement
- conduct FMEA on process to ensure that control points are built in the process
