Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our team, testers, and clients. This role involves working closely with the leadership team to manage administrative, financial, and support-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in the day-to-day operations and implement strategic directives.
● Act as a liaison between the leadership team and other stakeholders.
● Provide administrative and operational support to drive business efficiency.
● Generate and send invoices to clients.
● Manage payment reminders and ensure timely collections.
● Prepare detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SoW) for prospective and ongoing projects.
● Oversee and optimize payment workflows to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
● Calculate and process monthly payouts for testers accurately.
● Ensure compliance with payment schedules and financial regulations.
● Address and resolve tester queries, providing consistent and effective support.
● Actively work on improving tester satisfaction and strengthening the tester community.

Qualifications Required for this role

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role, preferably in a tech or service-based company.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in invoicing tools, MS Office Suite, and collaboration platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
