Primary Job Responsibilities

Monitoring & Adherence KPI`s as per Customer`s requirement

Mapping business potential of existing customers for increase level of business & supporting BD team for technical site assessment from operation perspective

Contract Execution after receipt of LOI

• Recruitment of manpower
• Short listing of candidates and getting them interviewed and finalized thru Principle Employer.
• Recruitment to be done thru existing employee reference Yogdan Policy, manpower consultants.

Manpower can be deployed through consultants with prior approval.

Client Co-ordination & Reporting

• Reporting site updates to client thru structured reporting on mails.
• Ensuring smooth shift wise operation at customer`s site in coordination with Site supervisor & End users
• Ensuring supervisor adheres to the various norms / compliances mutually agreed upon with the client.
• Visiting sites as per need for inspection, compliances and meeting client user & management.
• Understanding employee related issues meeting with employees once in a quarter, to ensure employee satisfaction. In disciplinary acts should be curbed / punished and brought to managements notice for immediate resolution.
• Relation building with client for better co-ordination.
• Maintaining Gross profit as per contract terms & conditions
• Ensuring site expenses are within of each site
• Ensure employee complaints are reduced to 10%

Ensuring 90% CSI- Customer Satisfaction Index of all the sites on quarterly basis

Invoicing & Payment Receipt

• Preparation of invoices site wise.
• Ensuring invoices are prepared on time.
• The invoices are prepared after verifying the employee attendance from all sites.
• Ensuring invoices reach the client on time.

Follow up with client for payment receivables as per agreed payment terms .

Required Competencies

• Diploma/ Engineering Graduate is must.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Facility Management (IFMS)
• Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal, in local language & English.
• Excellent computer skills using Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel software.
• Good territorial knowledge.
• Strong customer orientation and organizational skill.
• Knowledge of HR domain, employee compensation & benefits.
• Should be ready to work 24*7 if work calls for it
• Should be ready to travel extensively
• Should have own 2 wheeler
