Position: Floor Operation Executive

Description:

Supervise the floor operations, coordinate with the technical, maintenance, and housekeeping team to ensure smooth service. Look after complete mall operations to not left with any pending work by any department, data entry and data management work. Address Customers/Visitors concerns, maintain service quality, and maintain Mall standards to enhance customer experience. Working on reception desk, event handling.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from Hotel, Hospitality or Housekeeping background.
