Role & responsibilities

• Customer Management-: Greet and assist customers upon arrival. Assess and address customer needs and concerns. Provide updates on service status and any delays.
• Service Center Operations-: Manage customer flow to minimize wait times, especially during peak hours. Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Hospitality and Comfort-: Offer refreshments and maintain a comfortable waiting area. • Create and maintain a welcoming and professional environment
• Customer Relationship Building-: Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and dealers. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
• Assistance and Support -: Provide guidance and support for customer queries and concerns. Inform customers about service processes and status updates.
• Coordination and Communication-: Collaborate with service center management and staff to meet service standards and goals. Conduct morning briefings along with service center in charge to ensure smooth workflow during entire day operations.
• Reporting and Feedback-: Monitor customer satisfaction and report on service center performance. • Collect and analyse feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Monitoring Standardization -: Ensure adherence to standardized service processes, standards and etiquettes.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

Work Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong communication and Ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues

Efficiently handle multiple tasks and customer queries simultaneously
