Guest Relation Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay.

2. Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.

3. Review arrival lists to welcome guests.

4. Attend to special guests and answer their inquiries.

5. Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.

6. Record information in the logbook daily.

7. Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Preferable from Hospitality or Retail Guest Relations experience.

2. Minimum 1+ years of experience as GRE.

3. Please apply if you are living near the Kokapet area.

4. Selected candidates can join immediately.

6. Telugu speaking mandatory.
