Understanding customer requirements

1. Understand the exact requirement of customer in terms of Job requirements , experience, total emoluments

2. Coordinate with operations team for any upcoming projects and keep data ready

3. For special skills , hunting for manpower for similar industries

4. Travel t various customer locations to know upcoming requirements

5. Maintain data bank with proper categorization of employees

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract potential candidates.
• Communicate with candidates to provide interview details, directions, and follow-up information.
• Build a talent pipeline for future contracts, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates.
• Facilitate the negotiation of offers and terms of employment between candidates and clients.

Offer Management:

• Extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of employment contracts and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding (Core Staff) and orientation programs

HR:

• Employee Database Management
• Ensuring timely contract Letter issuance, Uniform, Safety shoes, I card its renewal & other letters issuance
• Ensuring Uniform, Safety shoes, I card and Contract letter disbursement date entry done in Software for timely renewal and disbursement
• Maintaining Employees documents file of respective sites with all relevant documents duly signed by Employees
• Ensuring issuance of various experience certificates as and when required by Employees, with due approval of Manager HR

Records Keeping:

• Assets (Uniform, Shoes, I card etc.) tracking & issuance via responsible person
• All File (Invoice, Employees records, Documents) database Management
• Ensuring proper housekeeping in office
