Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (aligned with US market timings)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales or Business Development Consultant who has a proven track record in securing IT service projects, specifically related to ERP solutions like ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in the US market, with prior experience working in the region and engaging directly with clients to drive project acquisition and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for ERP projects, with a focus on ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the US market to understand their IT service needs and propose customized solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions from sales to execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates to management on business development activities, market insights, and sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales or business development, specifically in ERP projects such as ServiceNow, SAP, or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of the US market, with direct experience in working with US-based clients.
- Experience in managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- A consultative sales approach, able to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to work during US business hours (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST).
- Willingness to work from the office in Coimbatore or Hyderabad.
