We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Service Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives for ERP and IT service solutions, targeting international markets and high-value enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to close large deals while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with an annual target of USD 5 Million or more.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand the company's client base in ERP and IT services.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in international markets, leveraging existing relationships and industry insights.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior and C-level executives in medium and large enterprises.
- Understand clients' unique business challenges and pain points to develop compelling and tailored business propositions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Presentations & Proposals:
- Lead in-person client meetings and presentations to C-level executives, including discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and detailed proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales collaterals and winning proposals for RFPs.
Deal Closing:
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Demonstrate proven experience in closing large deals ranging from $1M to $2M, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Handle vendor registrations and manage RFP processes effectively.
Market Insights & Collaboration:
- Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide strategic input on revenue growth and align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5-15 years of enterprise software sales experience, with a focus on selling services to medium and large clients.
- Proven track record of selling ERP solutions (e., Coupa, Salesforce) and IT services in international markets.
- Experience in social sites sales and leveraging platforms for lead generation and relationship management.
Client Relationships:
- Strong existing relationships with senior and C-level executives in target markets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in creating sales collaterals, writing proposals, and delivering impactful client presentations.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle complex sales cycles.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience in RFP management, vendor registrations, and navigating procurement processes.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions and IT service offerings across various industries.
