Job Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer / Consultant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration, with a specific focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules. You will play a key role in delivering and optimizing GRC solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, etc.) to meet client requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow GRC solutions by developing and maintaining scripts, workflows, and business rules.
- Integrate ServiceNow GRC modules with other enterprise applications and third-party tools.
- Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues within the ServiceNow GRC environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes effectively.
- Ensure solutions align with best practices and adhere to ITIL and GRC frameworks.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of GRC modules, ensuring optimal performance.
- Develop documentation for solutions and processes, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Mentor and guide junior developers or consultants, sharing knowledge of ServiceNow GRC best practices.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 1-2 years focused on GRC modules.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Scripts, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, etc.
- Expertise in ServiceNow integration with external systems using Web Services, REST, SOAP, or other technologies.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL, GRC frameworks, and related processes.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
- Ability to provide ongoing support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
