Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create intuitive Service Portals.
Develop custom widgets, pages, and components using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Customize the Service Portal framework to align with business needs.
Ensure the portals are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
Integrate Service Portal with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality.
Maintain documentation and provide support for existing portals.
