We are looking for ServiceNow Developer for one o our MNC Client

Role: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Pan India

1. 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow core implementation with minimum of 5+ years of exp in FSM End to End implementation
2. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in core ServiceNow development
3. Must have CIS - ITSM, CSM and FSM certifications
4. Must have experience in gathering FSM, CSM, ITSM solution requirements, build design and align customer on the same
5. Liase with customer chief architect and define solution as per the problem statement
6. Experience in designing and building ServiceNow integrations - OOTB and Custom integrations

Role: ServiceNow Admin

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Pan India

• Build Integrations : You will develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms using REST , SOAP services , and JSON , ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
• Work with ServiceNow Tables : You will handle ServiceNow tables , defining and managing data structures to ensure accurate and efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Design Reports and Dashboards : You will create and customize reports and dashboards within ServiceNow, providing critical insights to improve decision-making and business processes.
• Define Complex Views : You will define complex views within ServiceNow using advanced filtering, sorting, and visualizations, allowing teams to extract and present data in meaningful ways.
• Work with ServiceNow Modules : You will work extensively with key ServiceNow modules , including CSM (Customer Service Management) , ESM (Enterprise Service Management) , HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) , and ITSM (IT Service Management) , ensuring these modules are optimized for the business.
