Our team focuses on identifying and prioritizing emerging technologies, breaking into new markets, and preparing clients to get the most out of their emerging technology investments
- Develop robust and scalable conversational AI chatbots tailored to specific requirements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms
- Design and integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies, implementing cuttingedge techniques into chatbot development
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of chatbot functionalities to ensure high performance and accuracy
- Optimize chatbot responses based on user interactions, feedback, and data analysis
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and userfriendly chatbot interfaces
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding chatbot integration and customization
- Document chatbot development processes, algorithms, and code for future reference and collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for chatbot development
- Strong programming skills in languages such as JSON, Microsoft Azure, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc
