- PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Centre (Kolkata) Private Limited is a joint venture in India among members of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Network that will leverage the scale and capabilities of its network. It is a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited and has its registered office in Kolkata, India
- The Delivery Center will provide a professional an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the ability to develop process and quality-based skills
Reporting Structure & Key Relationships
This should include detail on:
- Line Manager
- Number of reports (if applicable)
- Priority team relationships
- Key client relationships
- He/she will be directly reporting to the Quality Team Manager/Senior Manager. Should be able to maintain a good working relationship with the Quality team and internal stakeholders including function representatives.
- He/she should be able to manage and induct/coach new/junior team members in the team and help them complete quality reviews/assigned deliverables within agreed timelines based on checklists/instructions
Job Overview
Candidate would be responsible for performing the following activities:
- Process walkthrough and documentation for in-scope IT controls
- Design & Operational Effectiveness Review & documentation of risk responses/controls
- Evaluation of Network Resources/Key Reports Testing
- Driving stakeholder meetings to conclude findings noted during the testing and documentation and tracking remedial actions
- Preparation of dashboard/reports used for compliance monitoring/reporting
- Candidate should be well conversant with MS Office and have good analytical and communication skills
Job Description
Main purpose of the job and key background information
The following would be his/her key job responsibilities :
- Proactive in understanding and implementation of instructions (written and verbal) by the senior members of Quality team
- Consistent in following processes/instructions for completion of assigned tasks
- Deliver based on agreed quality procedures/programme, meet deadlines and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working collaboratively with other members of the team, understand personal and team roles and display strong ownership of assigned deliverables
- Contribute towards a positive working environment by building good working relationships with the reporting manager and other team members, proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
- Demonstrate sound analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills in all assignments based on qualification/experience
- Always adhere to PwC policies and procedures
- Participate in training and other self-development opportunities, as and when available

Education Qualification Required & Other Requirements
- B. Com/BSc (Preferably CISA)
- Strong Technical knowledge in all domains of ITGC
- Business process review/internal controls review/audit experience for 4 years and above
- Strong attention to details, analytical skills
- Inclination and interest in compliance related matters
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Team player, dynamic, committed to providing high quality, responsibility and maintaining timeliness
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
