You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwCs values and contribute to its success.

• 6+ years of Bschool campus recruitment experience is mandatory
• Hiring exposure Tier 1 bschools [IIMs & similar schools like XLRI, SPJAIN, MDI, FMS, SJMSOM, IIFT)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Beyond hiring experience
  • Collaborating with business teams to drive competitions
  • Managing endtoend internships
  • Driving on campus engagements
  • Should be open for travel
