Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks, including policies, standards and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to national and international AI standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform risk assessments to identify and mitigate ethical, legal, and reputational risks associated with AI usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineers, data scientists, product managers) to integrate AI governance principles into project development and deployment processes.
- Effectively communicate complex AI governance issues to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Lead capacitybuilding initiatives focused on emerging technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI policies and recommend necessary adjustments.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in emerging technologies or AI, with at least 2 years focused on developing and implementing policy frameworks, particularly in technology and data protection.
- Strong understanding of emerging technology principles, strategies and trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving capabilities with a creative and strategic approach to challenges.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations related to emerging technologies in India.
- Experience in public policy development, strategic planning and government scheme design.
- Prior experience in a consulting role working with government agencies.
