Job Description
- Assist in acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Support requirements gathering, business analysis and process reengineering to address challenges and enhance government service delivery.
- Track project progress, highlight potential risks and assist in ensuring the timely achievement of milestones.
- Prepare concept notes, detailed reports and presentations to support stakeholder review and decisionmaking processes.
- Provide support for digital transformation initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, business process reengineering, stakeholder management and project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to identify core issues, evaluate alternatives and recommend feasible solutions.
- Exposure to government digital transformation initiatives or public service delivery projects.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Kannada is preferred but not mandatory.
