Job Description
- Develop and implement an HR technology strategy that aligns with the companys overall business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the implementation of new HR systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Manage system upgrades and enhancements, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the daytoday operation of HR systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and securely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on HR technology tools.
- Collaborate with HR technology vendors to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide insights into key HR metrics.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive HR data.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and regulations in HR technology, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external laws and standards.
- Manage and oversee the HCIM budget, resources, and governance, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and transparency.
- Providing technical and functional support and guidance to the project team and endusers, and resolving any issues or escalations
- Documenting and updating the project documentation, policies, procedures, and best practices.
