Job Description
- Generate multiple HR MIS reports, including, attrition, recruitment metrics, learning metrics, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline data.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present data in an accessible and actionable format.
- Monitor and report on headcount data, ensuring alignment with the organization s staffing needs and budget.
- Track headcount movements such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Prepare analysis for any employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys etc.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other HR tech platforms.
- Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to ensure system enhancements are suggested and built for better automation, reducing dependencies.
- Partner with internal applications teams and provide required support for HR digitization and automation.
- Bachelor s or a Masters degree
- 6 plus years of experience in Data Analysis, HRIS/ HR Tech / or similar data management roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with excellent project management skills.
- Experience in using data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) will be a plus.
- Functional understanding of HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Basic understanding of HR processes across the employee life cycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of recruiter incentive models or experience in compensation analysis.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
