The HRIS Senior Administrator is responsible for managing the organizations Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The role includes overseeing the maintenance of employee data, system upgrades, and configuration of the HRIS to meet the needs of the organization. The HRIS Senior Administrator will work closely with IT and HR stakeholders to ensure that HRIS data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to authorized personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Oversee the configuration and customization of the HRIS system to meet organizational needs.
Lead HRIS-related projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and new module implementations.
Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials for end-users.
Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing appropriate access controls and monitoring.
Provide end-user support for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the HRIS with other HR systems and processes.
Develop and deliver HRIS-related metrics and reports to HR and business leaders.
Stay current on HR technology trends and developments and recommend enhancements to the HRIS system.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in HRIS administration, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, HR processes, and data management.
Experience in managing HRIS implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HRIS-related technologies, such as UKG, Workday, or SAP.
Experience in a global HRIS environment with knowledge of international HR regulations and compliance.
