Job Description & Summary

System Configuration and Development: Assist in configuring and customizing SAP
modules to meet business requirements. Collaborate with team members to develop and
implement solutions that align with best practices and standards.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the testing efforts for SAP implementation
projects, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Identify and
resolve issues to ensure the quality and integrity of SAP systems.
System Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support for SAP systems, including
troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and monitoring system
performance. Assist in implementing solutions to address technical challenges and optimize
system functionality.
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for SAP configurations,
processes, and procedures. Assist in developing training materials and providing training
sessions to end-users to promote adoption and proficiency with SAP solutions.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
business stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external vendors, to support SAP initiatives and
projects. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project
lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP technologies, trends, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing SAP systems and processes, and
contribute ideas for driving innovation within the SAP landscape.
