Job Description

As a part of our Payroll team, you ll help PwC manage and administer timely, accurate, and efficient processing of our payroll operations. You ll help manage the Payroll account ledgers, prepare tax reports and documents, and perform routine internal audits to make sure our system is always compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
Job Overview
This role focuses on closing Full & Final (F&F) settlements through effective communication and meticulous tracking. Responsibilities include following up via calls and emails, maintaining detailed trackers and managing queries. Additionally, the role involves publishing and validating F&F related dashboards.
  • Follow up on F&F recoverable or payables through calls and emails to exemployees or various internal / external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
  • Maintain a detailed database for F&F recoverable cases, monitoring status and pending actions.
  • Handle queries from exemployees regarding F&F settlements, providing accurate and compliant responses.
  • Recommend actions for unresolved cases, such as provisioning or writing off, based on approval from the Director Operations / Controller.
  • Develop and manage the FFS Dashboard, ensuring data integrity and providing insightful reports for decisionmaking.
  • Publish and validate provisional and final F&F dashboards.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all operations and activities to support internal and external audits.
  • Accurately process accounting (AP Subledger / General Ledger) in the internal accounting software, ensuring accuracy, correct allocation of cost center/project, and adheres to the relevant accounting principles. This includes conducting thorough reviews to prevent and correct errors, applying adjustments as needed, and maintaining a detailed log of all transactions for audit trails.
  • Assist in implementing new processes or systems for process optimization & enhancements
