Job Description
As a risk management generalist at PwC, you will provide advisory and practical support to teams across a wide range of specialist risk and compliance areas.
- Resolve queries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to Level 1 team members.
- Handle and prioritize SNOW tickets raised by business users.
- Liaise with the Global Salesforce team to escalate and resolve Salesforce defects related to Business Operating Systems (BOS) and Know Your Customer (KYC) systems.
- Utilize SQL to generate and manage reports for the Unirisq System.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of report delivery.
- Provide singlehanded support for a CI toolrelated chat group.
- Address user queries and issues, ensuring smooth operation of the tool.
- Proficient in SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceNow (SNOW) platforms.

Work life balance, dry promotion and no shift allowance specially at Mumbai location, also pay is not good for Mumbai. They pay same for Kolkata and Mumbai and force people to come to Mumbai.
