PwC - SAP MDG Functional Role (7-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions to support business processes and data governance requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and process designs.

- Configure SAP MDG to manage master data for various domains such as materials, customers, vendors, and finance.

- Define and implement data governance policies, standards, and processes to ensure data quality and consistency.

- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution effectiveness.

- Provide training and support to end-users and other functional teams.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data and SAP MDG configurations.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP MDG features and best practices, recommending improvements and optimizations.

Mandatory skill sets:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in SAP MDG implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of master data management principles and data governance frameworks.

- Proficiency in SAP MDG configuration and its integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA).

- Experience with data migration and data cleansing activities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- SAP certification in MDG or related areas is a plus.

Preferred skill sets:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its data management capabilities.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for MDG.
