• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and bots to optimize business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

• 5 years of experience in automation development, with a focus on Automation Anywhere.
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360 and previous versions.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and technologies.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Automation Anywhere is a must.
