Responsibilities:

- Oversee the HR function, working on critical HR projects and crafting strategies, policies, and processes to drive business growth.

- Partner with CPG business teams to drive initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive, and collaborative culture.

- Implement and drive a robust, fair, and transparent performance management system to assess employees, highlight areas of improvement, and ensure appropriate rewards.

- Develop dashboards to track and report HR performance, establishing KPIs and goals to drive success.

- Conduct regular employee pulse assessments and take action on key findings.

- Lead benchmarking exercises to develop competitive compensation and benefits programs for the CPG function, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with company goals.

- 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a balanced mix of experience in traditional setups and high-growth startup environments.

- Mandatory experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
