Control Tower Manager

Real-time Monitoring:

• Manage and track inbound and outbound supply chain activities, including inventory placement, shipment dwell times, and processing milestones.
• Utilize tools and dashboards to ensure a seamless flow of operations while addressing bottlenecks promptly.

Process Optimization:

• Identify and implement mechanisms to reduce delays in shipment handling, improve bulk receive opportunities, and ensure FIFO adherence.
• Optimize cross-docking, inbound, and inventory placement strategies to achieve cost savings and process efficiency.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary POC for vendor and seller experience improvement metrics (Sx/Vx).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including fulfillment centers and IXD partners, to streamline operations.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage associates, process assistants, and team leads, ensuring smooth execution of operational goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Innovation & Reporting:

• Develop tools and methodologies for data-driven decision-making and real-time problem-solving.
• Analyze KPI trends to reduce errors and optimize operational metrics like UPH and defect rates.

Quality & Compliance:

• Monitor the implementation of quality measures for inventory and shipment handling to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Regularly review processes to align with company goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.
