Job Purpose: The Head of Online Business will lead and drive the growth of their D2C, e-commerce, and quick commerce segments, which account for 40% of the business. This role requires expertise in e-commerce, D2C, category management, and P&L ownership, with a primary focus on accelerating digital sales and enhancing the online consumer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute e-commerce and quick commerce strategies
Lead category management, pricing, and inventory for online channels
Own the P&L, focusing on revenue growth and profitability
Optimize the platform and drive consumer engagement
Expand quick commerce and forge partnerships with marketplaces
Lead a high-performing digital team
Qualifications & Experience:
8 to 12 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, category management, and online P&L, with pedigreed educational credentials.
Strong leadership, analytical, and digital marketing skills.
Experience in consumer internet and ecommerce/quick commerce models.
