Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with leadership to align e-commerce goals with overall business strategies.Platform Management Oversee the operation and optimization of e-commerce platforms, including website performance, design, and functionality. Ensure mobile and web platforms provide a seamless and engaging user experience. Manage product listings, content, and promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms.Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. Work with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and conversion rates.Sales & Revenue Management Monitor online sales performance and take proactive measures to achieve revenue targets. Develop and execute promotional strategies, including discounts, offers, and exclusive online products. Manage pricing strategies and inventory levels to meet demand.Customer Experience & Retention Ensure an exceptional customer experience by streamlining the purchase journey, checkout process, and post-sale support.
