Job Purpose: Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel and understanding the critical roles of customer growth, acquisition, retention, and upsell
Developing strategies to increase customer retention by identifying customer needs and providing excellent services
Responsibilities
Transformation and growth strategy for the given state
Execution of the strategies at ground level across the state
Focused implementation of discussed strategies/process
Provide analysis that supports the development of Go-to-Market sales strategies
Support overall strategic and operational cadence for the sales organization
Track performance comparing and analyzing actual results with plans forecasts
Educational Qualifications And Experience
8-12 years of work experience
Strong Sales background
Ready to travel extensively and should be ready to relocate
Consumer Durable exposure preferred
Exposure of Sales Planning/Sales Strategy would be an added advantage
