Servicenow Technical Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our clients' business needs. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Development & Implementation: Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with best practices.
• System Administration: Configure and manage ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and others as required.
• Customization & Integration: Customize ServiceNow UI, create business rules, client scripts, and integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and user guides.
• Training: Provide guidance and training to end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or others.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, database design, and development principles.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Experience with advanced modules like HRSD, SecOps, or GRC.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
