Job description


We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry, particularly in selling software licenses and cloud services. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients across India, understanding their IT requirements, and providing solutions related to ERP licenses, Office 365, Azure cloud, and other digitalization services. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with companies like Reddington or Ingram and have hands-on experience in license selling.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and meetings with potential clients to understand their IT needs, focusing on license requirements (ERP, Office 365, Azure), cloud services, and digital transformation projects.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, and convert these leads into long-term business partnerships, contributing to the companys growth targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide clients with detailed information on our products and services, particularly the benefits of digitalization and cloud adoption, to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations that align with client requirements.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.

Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, specifically in selling software licenses and cloud services. Experience with companies like Reddington or Ingram is highly preferred.
    Education: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex IT solutions. Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

  • Location: Must be willing to work from the Noida office.
