PeopleSoft Time and Labor Tester

Job Description:

Proso AI is looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Time and Labor Tester with 4+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Projects, specifically in Development and Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft Time and Labor (TnL) modules, with hands-on experience in writing and executing test scripts. This role requires on-site work in Noida for three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and execute test scripts for PeopleSoft Time and Labor Tester modules.
• Identify and document test scenarios, cases, and defects.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage of functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with development and functional teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Tech with good academic records.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft Projects (Development/Testing).
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Time and Labor (TnL) module.
• Hands-on experience in writing, reviewing, and executing test scripts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Note: Candidates with PS Admin/DBA backgrounds are not eligible for thi role.

• Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in Noida office, remaining remote.
