Alithya Oracle EPM Planning Cloud Lead - Offshore

Responsibilities:

• Provide Oracle EPM Planning Cloud techno-functional consulting services related to Planning form development, navigation flows, basic data integration, business rules, reporting and security.
• Understand business requirements and design elements of a solution from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Delegate tasks to offshore development team.
• Define testing approach and acceptance criteria
• Contribute to development activities (hands on the keyboard).
• Manage Oracle EPM Planning Cloud offshore team members in consulting services and career development.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication with good presentation skills.
• Proactively identify and communicate delivery updates to all project stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization, sense of ownership, and focus skills while multitasking with competing priorities.
• Mentor offshore developers through training, development, and quality control of day-to-day activities for Oracle Planning Cloud engagements.
• Perform light project management and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within the established budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of bachelors degree (or equivalent). 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle EPM Planning Cloud, working as a technical lead or manager.
• Experience leading full life cycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations for large complex client delivery, with a deep understanding of underlying business processes.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques.
• Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud purpose-built modules including: Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects
• Deep level of experience in Narrative Reporting or Management Reporting.
• Oracle certification is a plus.
• Leadership capabilities with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. 
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teammates, while being accountable for results. 
• Excellent verbal and oral communication, including presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to plan work effort and manage priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers.
• Detail oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. 
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. 
• Flexibility to take part in key project activities (e.g., client calls or team collaboration sessions) that may fall outside generally accepted business hours.
