Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Oracle PBCS/ePBCS for clients, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
2. Configure and customize the out-of-the-box modules, including Financial Planning, Workforce, and Capex, to meet business requirements.
3. Take ownership of the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial business requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
4. Collaborate with clients to define and document business requirements for the implementation of PBCS/ePBCS solutions, including Finance, Capex, Workforce, and Projects modules.
5. Design, develop, and implement business rules and automation scripts tailored to the client's needs, ensuring system functionality aligns with best practices and business objectives.
6. Provide solutions and support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation in line with the client's organizational processes.
7. Participate in Business Requirement workshops, engage with stakeholders to understand their objectives, and propose optimal Oracle EPM solutions.
8. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the configuration and ensure alignment with client expectations.
9. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions meets client needs while staying within scope, timeline, and budget.
10. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including solution design, configurations, and user guides.
11. Keep up-to-date with Oracle's latest cloud offerings and new features in PBCS/ePBCS to advise clients on potential enhancements.
12. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in clients' use of Oracle EPM solutions to optimize performance and drive business value.
Required Qualifications :
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle PBCS/ePBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service / Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
- At least 2 End-to-End Implementations of PBCS (Planning) or ePBCS (Enterprise Planning), including modules like Financial Planning, Workforce, and Capex.
- 1 End-to-End Implementation in ePBCS (Enterprise Planning) with a focus on integrating multiple business processes.
- Proficient with out-of-the-box modules in PBCS/ePBCS, particularly in Financial Planning, Workforce, and Capex modules.
- Strong hands-on experience in writing automation scripts and developing business rules within Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Solid knowledge and experience with Data Management and EPM Automate for efficient deployment and system management.
- Experience in Business Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to work directly with clients and manage client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle Cloud Certification in PBCS/ePBCS or relevant Oracle EPM Cloud products is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with other Oracle EPM modules (e.g., Financial Consolidation, Profitability & Cost Management) is a plus.
- Experience working with integration tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or FDMEE is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies and experience working in both environments.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to work with databases and data management tools.
